fix: address code review feedback

- Fix execution-sync calling wrong method (pushExecutionLog → syncExecutionStatus)
- Fix task queue preserving original fields on update
- Fix redundant duplicate check in broadcast-listener
- Fix workflow secret check pattern
- Add Notion DB schema note in connector docs
