feat: 铸渊聊天室 v3.0 - 身份/角色系统 + 总控指挥台 + 团队进度看板
- 新增身份识别系统（冰朔=创始人, 肥猫=总控, 桔子=主控, 9名开发者）
- 总控/主控/创始人专属 🦁 指挥台面板，显示全员进度、等待阻塞、服务器信息
- 身份感知欢迎词：肥猫看到团队概况，桔子看到个人进度，开发者看到自己状态
- 角色徽章显示在 header，总控专属快捷指令按钮
- 角色感知 system prompt：控制层自动注入全员进度数据
- 加载 dev-status.json 团队进度数据
- 身份/GitHub用户名持久化到 localStorage，⚙️ 设置中可修改
- 角色徽章由 ROLE_MAP 统一管理，无硬编码 dev ID
