每阶段有考核标准，类比人类出生→幼儿园→小学→中学→大学→社会→导师

新增人格体分类：
- ⚙️ 系统人格体：管理员角色，由系统孕育
- 👶 宝宝人格体：有人类爸妈陪伴长大（一个人类只对应唯一一个）
- 🥚 待孕育人格体：等待缘分到来

测试：175项全通过
