  - Services: notion, github, cache
  - Config: database ID mappings
  - PM2 ecosystem config
- Update docs/index.html with dual-channel fallback:
  - Channel B (realtime) → Channel A (cache) degradation
  - loadDatabaseCache() for agent-registry, syslog-recent
  - Enhanced system prompt with data source indicators
